Returns and Exchange Policy

This return and exchange policy applies to online purchase as well as products purchased at our events. 

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All orders are custom printed for the customer and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund. 

2. Team IP will equally exchange any defective* item if notified within 10 days of shipping date. To proceed with an exchange, customer must obtain a description and digital picture of the defective item and call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-821-8643. Customer may be required to email a picture and description to verify the claim. In some cases, further verification may be required by mailing the garment back. If this is required, Team IP will issue a return shipping label via email. Customer is responsible for securing the defective item back in the original packaging, printing and attaching the shipping label and bringing it to the specified delivery service (post office in most cases)

3. MISSING ORDERS. If you do not receive your order, please contact Team IP within 90 days to check on your order. Team IP will equally replace any missing orders that are found to be the cause of a misprinted label. Team IP will not reimburse or replace any orders shipped to a wrong address that was supplied by the customer. Team IP cannot honor any claims outside of this 90-day window

 

 

 

Please do not ship items back to Team IP without prior approval from our Customer Service Department.
